What To Expect After You Have Registered
Registration & Payment – Registration is on a first come, first served basis. Full payment of tuition is due after you register and can be received as late as 5 days before the first day of the session for which your child is registered.
Wait List – If a session reaches 30 participants, CAGW will create a wait list. Wait listed families will be contacted up to 9 AM on the first day of that session if space opens.
Materials – The camp fee covers the cost of all materials.
Drop off & Pick up – On the first day of each Pre-School and Elemantary session, please arrive to the front of CAGW’s building (located at 403B S. Birmingham St. Wylie, TX 75098) between 8 AM and 8:30 AM to finalize registration (Teen sessions between 12:30-1pm). After the first day, please arrive promptly at 8:30 AM (Teen sessions arrive promptly by 1pm). Parents may wait until their children are escorted to their respective classes if they choose to do so. Camp Classes end at 12 PM (Teen classes will end at 5). Children should be picked up between 12 and 12:30 PM (Teens that cannot drive can be picked up between 5 and 5:30) at 403B S. Birmingham St. Wylie, TX 75098
Children must be signed in and out by their parent or guardian each day. Children may only be picked up by authorized adults with a valid Drivers License. Parents are required to in advance notice to let us know for early/late drop off or pick up, and also the full name of individuals who are authorized to drop off or pick up.
Last Day Showcase- Family and Friends may arrive at 11:15 (Teens family and friends may arrive as early as 4:15) to watch the campers showoff what each class learned and see what they created during the week.
Refund Policy-in the event that you need to cancel your camp registration, you need to contact us at CAGWYLIE@gmail.com to process your cancellation and any refund. A full refund is available for cancellations more than 4 weeks prior to the start of your camp. A 50% refund will be available 2-4 weeks prior to the start of your camp. NO REFUNDS will be given when cancellation is less than 10 days prior to the start of your camp. If a camp is cancelled for any reason a full refund will be issued and individuals will be contacted immediately.
